Privacy Policy
Effective August 10, 2026.
This policy covers this website and nothing else. Reading these pages, and emailing us, is the whole of what it describes.
Our products hold data of their own, and each has its own notice. What a product collects has nothing to do with what a corporate website collects, and one document pretending to cover both would be accurate about neither:
- OpenChime Privacy Notice, covering the hosted service and the apps
1. This website
This website sets no cookies, runs no analytics, loads no third-party scripts or fonts, and has no forms. It is static text served over HTTPS. There is nothing here to consent to, which is why you were not asked.
Our own web server is configured to write no access logs at all. It does not record your IP address, your browser, or which pages you asked for. Our hosting provider handles the network connection and, as any provider must, processes request metadata including IP addresses in order to route traffic and operate its platform. We do not use that data to identify visitors and we do not combine it with anything else.
2. If you email us
We receive your message and your email address, because that is how email works. We use it to reply and we keep the correspondence for as long as it is useful. We do not add you to a mailing list.
3. Business contacts
In the ordinary course of business we hold contact details for suppliers, advisers, and counterparties: names, work email addresses, and phone numbers. We hold these to conduct the relationship, and we keep them for as long as the relationship lasts plus any period a law requires.
4. What we never do
- We do not sell or share personal data, for advertising or otherwise.
- We do not engage in cross-context behavioural advertising.
- We do not profile people or make automated decisions about them.
5. Your rights
Depending on your state, you may have rights to know what personal data we hold, to get a copy of it, to correct it, and to have it deleted, including under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA, and comparable laws in other US states. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a right.
Write to legal@bronzeventure.com and we will respond within the period the applicable law requires.
6. Children
This website is not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them.
7. Where we operate
Bronze Venture LLC is a Florida company and does business only with United States entities. We do not market or sell to anyone outside the country, and the data described above is held in the United States.
8. Changes
If this policy changes materially we will update the effective date above. We will not apply a materially less protective version retroactively to data already collected.
9. Contact
Bronze Venture LLC is the data controller for the processing described here.
